Cardenas & Son Excavating Services handles the groundwork other trades build on: grading, trenching, pad prep, and concrete flatwork for houses, commercial buildings, and new-construction developments. We also work directly under general contractors as a subcontractor for the excavation and concrete scopes on their jobs.

Based in Ripon, our crews plan every cut and fill around what the site actually needs, not a standard package.

OUR STORY

Cardenas & Son Excavating Services has provided excavation and concrete work throughout Ripon, Elverta, and the surrounding Central Valley since 1996. We operate out of two offices — Ripon and Elverta — and take on residential and commercial projects directly, as well as subcontracting the excavation and concrete scopes for general contractors building new construction.

The name reflects how the company runs day to day: a close-knit crew, direct communication, and accountability for the work we put in the ground.

MISSION

To grade, trench, and pour every site to spec, on schedule, with clear communication from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Excavation

Cardenas & Son Excavating Services INC provides professional excavation services for residential and commercial sites. The company works with clients and project partners to support the excavation phase of a job with dependable coordination and attention to the requirements of the site. Excavation services may be performed as a direct service or as part of a subcontracted construction scope.

New Construction

Excavation support for new construction — not complete homebuilding.

The New Construction service refers specifically to excavation work performed in support of new-construction projects. Cardenas & Son Excavating Services INC does not provide complete homebuilding through this service. Instead, the company supports the excavation portion of the project and can coordinate its work directly with the client, contractor, or construction team as a subcontractor.

Concrete

Cardenas & Son Excavating Services INC provides concrete services for residential and commercial sites. The company can coordinate concrete work as a direct service or as part of a subcontracted project scope, helping clients and construction partners keep the relevant phase of the project organized and aligned with the overall job.
